University Computer Operations

University Computer Operations (UCO) is a unit of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) under the division of Business and Financial Affairs (BFA). UCO is responsible for:

• Managing and Maintaining the University Data Centers Shared Secured Virtualized Systems Environment, including System Administration
• Secure and Reliable Enterprise-wide Data Storage (Storage Area networks (SANS), and Network Attachable Services (NAS))
• Rack Co-Location Services
• Enterprise-wide Back-up and Disaster Recovery Services
• Servers (UNIX, VMware, Windows), and Oracle Application Support
• Supporting Identity Management, and Other Authentication Methods (Shibboleth, LDAP)
• Testing University Websites for American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance
• Providing Campus SMTP Services
• Business and Financial Affairs Website Management
