Meeting Maker Installation & Configuration

Download Client Version 8.5.3:

Download the Meeting Maker Client Software from the server.
Select the client appropriate for your platform:
Client Software: Windows 32-bit (95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP) Client
Client Software: Macintosh Client
Client Software: INTEL Mac OS X Client

For users encountering printing problems under version 8.5.3, the current workaround is to use client version 8.5.1
Meeting Maker 8.5.1 Client for Windows (***)
Meeting Maker 8.5.1 Client for Mac OS X (***)

Installation Details:

Protocol Used: SSL only
Configure IP : bfa.sdsu.edu
Select Server: Rose_Bowl (for NON-BFA users)
: Rose_Petal (for BFA users)

If you have technical issues with the client software, you must contact PeopleCube directly at http://connect.peoplecube.com/support Register for support login (If you do not already have one) or enter email address and password, select "Login" icon "Create new case" button opens window to start support call, or call 800-282-7319 or 1-781-530-2600.
